I lost my account information

When you log out of the game, make sure to log back in using the exact same email address or Facebook account.

If you find your account is different from the one you usually use, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • You've logged in using a different email account. To verify the account, go to Settings. The email account associated with your account will be displayed at the top of the screen.

  • You have more than one Etermax account. If you play any of our games using a different account, your session in Pictionary will end whenever you log into one of these other games.

In both cases, you'll be able to log back into your Pictionary account by logging out of the other game and logging back into Pictionary using the correct email address or Facebook account.
